Washington County law enforcement honors officers

MARIETTA – Area law enforcement marked the close of National Police Week Friday by laying wreaths on the Peace Officers Memorial outside the Washington County Sheriff’s Office at Third and Putnam streets. The sheriff’s office website listed local law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
