PARKERSBURG -- The Blennerhassett Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution met Feb. 21 at the Blennerhassett Museum.
Nineteen members were present: Stacey Adams, Jan Barnes, Mary Ellen Brown, Betty Earl, Loretta Frederick, Randi Gray, Cristy Hanlon, Rebecca Buskirk, Emily Larkins, Dianne McClung, Chris Painter, Mickie Richardson, Catherine Sams, Taylor Sams, Shannon Sams-Harper, Linda Seabolt, Tammy Taylor, Breanna Velluzzi and Melody Zimmerman. Guests in attendance were Jessica Douglas, Pam Frederick, Janie Macak and Amanda Ramsey.
Taylor Sams and Breanna Velluzzi were welcomed as new members to the chapter.
Melody Bell presented the program. She showed members the pledge of allegiance in American Sign Language.
Linda Seabolt was presented with a 50-year member pin.
