BELPRE — Belpre Area Veterans will hold a food drive from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 18, in the lot of the Wash-Rite Unlimited Express Wash storage building, 1004 Washington Blvd. in the Kroger shopping center.

All proceeds will be given to the Belpre Area Ministries Food Pantry. Commonly requested items are saltine crackers, ramen noodles, skillet meals such as Hamburger Helper, pancake mix, pancake syrup, canned tuna, mac and cheese, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, canned corn, canned green beans, cereal, rice packets, apple juice, Spaghetti O’s, pork and beans, chicken noodle soup, canned fruit, jelly, peanut butter, instant mashed potatoes, shampoo, clothing detergent, dish detergent, bar soap, toilet paper and toothpaste.

Cash or checks made payable to the Belpre Area Veterans will be accepted.
