PARKERSBURG – The Mid-Ohio Valley Model Railroad Club will hold the Louie Creel Memorial Open House from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at its facility in the rear basement of NOE Office Equipment, 610 Green St., Parkersburg. All five scales of layouts will be operating, and the club will hold a raffle with prizes for a train set. Admission is free, and donations are welcome.
