PARKERSBURG — The Mid-Ohio Valley Toys for Tots has a new NFL teammate helping out with this year’s drive.

Parkersburg High School graduate and Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange has recorded a video message that will be played at the group’s toy drive from 3:30-6 p.m. Monday at the Resiliency Center in downtown Parkersburg. He also sent a signed, worn jersey to raffle off, with details to be announced during Monday’s event.

“He reached out to us,” said Cliff Hecker, with Mid-Ohio Valley Toys for Tots.

The group will have its Toys for Tots Express train set up as well as it collects new, unwrapped toys at the Resiliency Center on Monday.
