Fire hydrant efforts to close sections of Parkersburg streets

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Utility Board will be replacing a fire hydrant at the intersection of 13th Street and St. Marys Avenue next week.
On Monday and Tuesday, 13th Street will be closed from Quincy Street to Camden Place and St. Marys Avenue will be closed from 13th Street to 13 ½ Street from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
