VIENNA — City of Vienna Utility Board employees will be replacing a water valve overnight Friday at 23rd Street and Eighth Avenue.

Water will be turned off at approximately 10 p.m. Friday for residents between 21st Street and 30th Street and between River Road and 12th Avenue until the work is completed.

The city also announced that 23rd Street will be closed from Grand Central Avenue to Eighth Avenue.
