PARKERSBURG – The fifth annual Sweet Treats on Broad Street sponsored by the YMCA of Parkersburg will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. this evening at the Y on Broad Street.

The free celebration will feature an evening full of festive Halloween fun and excitement.

Families can enjoy a variety of trick-or-treat stations hosted by YMCA departments and local community partners, a petting zoo from R&R Highland Farm, the Scholastic Book Fair, treats from Munchies Donut Hut and Sycamore Sweets food trucks, sodas from Fizzy Pop MOV, character photo opportunities and live performances by the Thrill the World Dancers and Wayward Dancers.

The event is sponsored by WVU Medicine, NECCO Foster Agency, Seventh Street Sheetz, WTAP, Sir Speedy, The North End Tavern & Brewery, West Virginia Senior Benefits Services and the YMCA Board of Directors.
