RAVENSWOOD — A lane closure on U.S. 33 beneath the William S. Richie Bridge has been extended through Thursday, Oct. 2.

The single-lane closure goes from approximately 375 feet before the truss portion of the bridge on the Ohio side to milepost 0.2 on the West Virginia side on- and off-ramps from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for relocation of a communication line.

Flaggers will be present to direct traffic. Minor delays are expected, and motorists are advised to

plan accordingly. Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the work schedule
