Devarjaye “DJ” Daniel, 13, arrives at the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport near Williamstown on Thursday evening with his father, Theodis Daniel, ahead of a community celebration in his honor. DJ, who was diagnosed in 2018 with brain and spinal cancer and has since undergone 13 brain surgeries, has inspired thousands nationwide with his determination to live out his dream of becoming a police officer.
