The Annual Drug Free Picnic sponsored by Fraternal Order Of Police Blennerhassett Lodge 79 was held at the Jackson Park Pool in Vienna on July 28. People from around the community came to the pool for fun and food. Organizers thanked sponsors Vienna Mayor Chad Emrick, the City of Vienna’s Parks and Recreation Department, the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, The Lion’s Club, Celanese, The Health Plan and Westbrook Health Services. The Annual Drug Free Picnic sponsored by the Fraternal Order Of Police Blennerhassett Lodge 79 on July 28 at Jackson Park was declared a success, organizers said.
