One of the two office buildings for the U.S. Bureau of the Fiscal Services that are passed in the first half mile of the two-mile race.

While the race is circling the block for the first part of the race, runners and walkers will pass by the U.S. Bureau of the Fiscal Services which handles transactions for the government. It employs roughly 2,000 government workers and is one of the three locations in Parkersburg. Participants will pass two of the three Parkersburg facilities during the first mile.
