Along the Two-Mile Race Course: The Parkersburg News and Sentinel Building

Runners and walkers will pass by the Parkersburg News and Sentinel office building as they make their way up Juliana Street. The day of the race, there will be an enormous American flag under which participants will pass. Past the News and Sentinel is the railroad bridge under which runners and walkers will pass, putting them 1.3 miles away from the finish line though geographically only a block away.
