PARKERSBURG — Willard Road (Wood County 4/2) will be closed, starting 1.25 miles from West Virginia 68 (Emerson Avenue) 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for a slip repair beginning Monday and continuing for one month.

Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the work schedule.
