Mile 11.5 is the most dreaded portion of the race – a quick elevation change comes as a shock to participants, with an elevation increase of 725.1 feet. The 13th Street hill makes for a challenge to our runners and walkers, especially having already completed 11.5 miles. Make sure you slap the 725.1 elevation sign when you pass the crest of the hill.
