Suzanne Schultz to discuss her latest book

PARKERSBURG -- The PAC 713 Market, the gift shop for the Parkersburg Art Center, will feature artist and author Suzanne Schultz at 3 p.m. Nov. 16 in the shop's lounge area.
Schultz is founder of Canvas Fine Arts and will give a presentation on her latest book, "Exposed: Secrets of an Art Rep." This special event is free and open to the public. It provides a rare opportunity to gain insights from a highly experienced expert in the art industry.
Coffee, cookies and snacks will be provided.
Schultz will share highlights from her book, which offers a behind-the-scenes look at the art industry and practical advice for artists seeking to navigate their careers. Released in May 2024, "Exposed" has already become a valuable resource for artists and creatives.
"My passion is to empower artists to reach their potential outside the studio, by building confidence and resiliency and to open doors to endless possibilities," she said.
Schultz brings decades of experience as an art consultant and coach, having helped countless artists build and sustain their careers. She has contributed to numerous art publications and co-hosted Boston's BNN TV show It's All About Arts. She is a former faculty member at Sotheby's Institute of Art in New York, and has taught Art Business for Artists, sharing her expertise in art career development.
The PAC 713 Market sells books by several regional authors and poets, including Susan Sheppard, Robert Newell, Joy Held, Courtney Stone Smith, Abby Farnsworth, Crystal Schults and others.
