The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation awarded $15,000 from the Mary Ann and Doug Ketelsen Charitable Fund and the Mary M. Welch Advised Fund to the Humane Society of Parkersburg to help with the costs of spaying, neutering, and other animal medical bills. Donor Advisor and Board Member, Mary Anne Ketelson, joined PACF’s Senior Program Officer, Amy Nahley, to present the award to HSOP Executive Director Gary McIntyre and current shelter pup Loofey.
