PARKERSBURG -- The Wood County Technical Center held a student-led Health & Wellness Fair Wednesday with students from the Tech Center and Caperton Center health and safety programs providing information on a variety of topics, from first aid to nutrition to proper disposal of medications.
The annual event also gives students in the Wood County Schools Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs a chance to show off the more than 20 technical programs to choose from, including nursing, sports medicine and law enforcement.
