PARKERSBURG -- Holiday Family Fun Day will be held from noon-5 p.m. Sunday at Discovery World on Market for museum guests and members only.
The schedule is:
* Noon-5 p.m.: Christmas ornament making and holiday coloring sheets in the Design Studio
* Noon-4 p.m.: Storytime with Mrs. Claus on the fourth floor
* 2-4 p.m.: "Elsa" character meet and greet and book giveaway on the mezzanine
* Noon-4 p.m.: Food Truck favorites Lisa's Sweet Stop and Sips Coffee outside the museum
* 1-5 p.m.: Ice skating in the theater for museum members and guests, additional ticket and release form are required
"We are excited for the holiday season and wanted to plan some fun and engaging activities for families to enjoy at the museum," Wendy Shriver, executive director of Discovery World on Market, said. "Our administrative team has pulled together to plan something for everyone that attends."
