Henderson Hall ready to open doors for Christmas Evening

BOAZ -- Henderson Hall will host the 11th annual Henderson Christmas Evening and the last event of the year for the hall from 5-8 p.m. Dec. 2.
The event culminates the end of another tour season and is hosted by the Henderson Hall docents.
Cost is $25 per person and $15 for children under 12. A limited number of tickets are available and may be purchased by calling Henderson Hall from noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday at 304 375-2129.
Visitors will be greeted at the door by docents in time-period costumes and will tour the hall as if they were guests of one of the five generations of Henderson family members whose life and legacy lives on through the efforts of the volunteers.
Every room is decorated with time-period trees and decorations. The special evening Christmas tour offers access throughout the hall.
Live Christmas music will be provided all evening.
Hors d'oeuvres and wassail will be served throughout the evening.
Henderson Hall crafters will be on hand with the Henderson Bag Pipers. The Pohick Hall will be open with glass blowing by Dave Fetty, the blacksmith and wood carvers.
