Memorial Health Foundation prepping 2023 Fashion Show

MARIETTA -- The 18th annual Memorial Health Foundation Fashion Show will be held April 28 at the Dyson-Baudo Recreation Center at Marietta College.
Presented by Eramet, the Fashion Show with the theme "Hollywood Night" will feature a buffet catered by Parkhurst that will be sponsored by Par Mar, a cash bar, fashion and music.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the buffet starting at 6:30 p.m. The show begins at 7 p.m.
Through the support of generous benefactors, Memorial Health Foundation can help bring hope and healing to hundreds of cancer patients each year.
All proceeds benefit Memorial Health Foundation's Cancer Center Patient Emergency and Breast Health Funds. These funds support eligible patients who are actively undergoing treatment to maintain their quality of life and continuity of care.
Memorial Health Foundation provided assistance to cancer patients last year:
* 82 free wigs given to patients experiencing hair loss due to treatment.
* Necessary dental care.
* Prescribed medications.
* 68 free screening mammograms for patients.
* 152 patients received transportation to and from appointments.
The stars of the show are models who are cancer survivors.
Local merchants provided attire for the models. They are:
