Picture This: Tug of War
The towboat Jennifer Ann was pushing a string of empty barges downriver on the Ohio Sunday afternoon around noon when a strong wind blowing upstream caught the high profile of the empty barges and blew them into the confluence with the Muskingum River near the intersection of Fort Street and Fort Square in Harmar. It remained stuck for around an hour until in managed to back up into the Ohio River and proceed downriver where it got stuck a second time near the intersection of Gilman Avenue and Virginia Street.
