Picture This: Adult Learning Center Recognition Ceremony

Graduates who have received their High School Equivalency Diploma between June 2021 and June 2022 gathered in the lobby of West Virginia University at Parkersburg on Thursday for the Recognition Ceremony by the Mid-Ohio Valley Adult Education and Wood County Adult Learning Center.
