MINERAL WELLS — John and Megan Duncan of Wood County noticed that local residents were traveling to upscale craft shows in Ohio.
The Duncans were selling their wooden home decor items at these Ohio shows.
Now the Duncans are bringing a “Vintage and Handmade Market” to the Wood County 4-H Camp in Mineral Wells on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Over 40 vendors will be providing handmade, upcycled and vintage items, boutique fashion, jewelry, gifts and artisan crafts, the Duncans said. There will be food trucks, live music and DIY workshops at this inaugural event, situated across from the West Virginia Interstate Fairgrounds.
The family-friendly event will take place inside and outside a rustic barn at the campgrounds. There will be demonstrations by local artists and makers.
