New program from Highmark will bring nutrition care to the state

PARKERSBURG — Highmark Health Options West Virginia (HHOWV) and Foodsmart announced a new program to bring personalized nutrition care and food support to members across the state. The venture will initially focus on those with chronic conditions including, but not exclusive to, sickle cell anemia, hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, pre-diabetes and obesity, as well as maternal health populations. Coplin celebration to mark new Parkersburg Mobile Health Unit stop

PARKERSBURG — Coplin Health Systems is expanding its Mobile Health Unit program with a new ongoing community stop at Parkersburg Fire Station No. 2. The stop will begin with a community celebration from 1 to 4 p.m. July 8.
