Memorial Health System announces Louden, King and Mossbarger to the Department of Dermatology
MARIETTA – Memorial Health System has announced the addition of three local providers to its Department of Dermatology: Dr. B. Asher Louden, Dr. Janelle King and physician assistant Heather Mossbarger.
The addition of Louden, King and Mossbarger expands access to dermatologic care throughout the Mid-Ohio Valley as MHS plans future expansion of the department in Ohio and West Virginia, according to a press release from Memorial.
The Department of Dermatology provides evaluation and treatment for conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. Services include diagnosis and management of common and complex dermatologic conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, rashes and hair loss, as well as a variety of in-office procedures, the release said.
Louden, King and Mossbarger join MHS’s existing dermatology team, which includes Dr. Shehla Belgam Syed, physician assistant Christina Johnson and physician assistant Nathan Misel. The expanded team is expected to increase appointment availability, the release said.
The Department of Dermatology sees patients at 1818 Washington Blvd., Suite H, in Belpre and within the Wayne Street Medical Campus at 802 Wayne St., Suite 100, in Marietta. Providers will also begin seeing patients at a new Parkersburg location opening this fall.
