CHARLESTON — The West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration (WVABCA) is reminding adults of legal drinking age that liquor sales are prohibited at retail liquor outlets on Easter Sunday, April 20. However, this restriction on Easter Sunday does not apply to off-premises sales of beer and wine (grocery stores and convenience stores). It also does not apply to on-premises licenses (ie. private club bars and restaurants).
