MARIETTA -- Memorial Health Foundation has announced the appointment of two new trustee members, Kevin Eagan and Catherine Rees, to the Board of Trustees.

Their extensive leadership experience and deep commitment to the community will continue to further Memorial Health Foundation's mission of accessible health care through patient-centered initiatives.

Eagan, a native of Denver, Colo., brings over 25 years of experience in financial services and marketing. Since moving to the Mid-Ohio Valley in 2018, he has served as the chief marketing officer for Peoples Bank where he played a key role in the bank's growth from $3.6 billion to $9.3 billion in assets.
