PARKERSBURG -- WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center has selected the Endoscopy and Guest Relations departments as Department of the Month for December and November, respectively.
The recognition initiative is part the hospital's ICARE core values, Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence, and its Behavioral Standards of Excellence designed to recognize departments that embody a specific standard of the month, the hospital said.
To meet the health care needs of the community, with input from hospital employee groups, Camden Clark implemented monthly behavioral standards of excellence to set the ideals and expectations for how staff interact with and care for patients, families and each other, the hospital said.
