PARKERSBURG – Camden Clark Medical Center has named Randy Snider to the hospital’s Board of Directors.
Snider, president and chief executive officer of Community Bankshares and Community Bank of Parkersburg, also is vice-chairman of the board of directors of the Bankers Bank of Kentucky and serves on its Audit Committee.
“A quality community hospital is essential to both the well-being and the growth of a community,” said Snider. “Over many years Camden Clark has served this community and has remained on the cutting edge as it has consistently provided quality care in all areas of medicine to this region. Camden Clark has also demonstrated a tremendous dedication to the total patient experience. It is an honor to be asked to serve and be a part of their continued growth and progress.”
Snider’s other professional affiliations include being a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the West Virginia Bankers Association. He serves as secretary on the West Virginia Investment Management Board, chairman of its Corporate Governance Committee, and on its Audit and Investment committees.
Snider is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Wood County Development Authority, and a member of the Parkersburg Rotary Club.

Snider was born in Parkersburg and graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1969.
He is a graduate of Glenville State College with a bachelor’s of arts in business administration and a graduate of the Banking School of the South Louisiana State University.
He resides in Parkersburg with his wife, Pamela.
