Records – Wood Magistrate
PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports May 6:
* Tonya Venise Moore, 981 Collins Road, Little Hocking Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and was assessed $276.48.
* Joshua Lane Hurley, 817 West Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Christina Ann Atkinson, 1806 14th Ave. Apt. 6, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
* Jacklyn Marie Forester, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Meigs County Ohio on a charge of grand larceny and held without bond.
* Earl Michael Steinmetz, 1824 Murdoch Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery of a government representative, health care provider, utility worker, law enforcement and emergency medical service; and assault of a government representative, health care provider, utility worker, law enforcement and emergency medical service. He was released on a $7,500 surety bond.
* Jorge Luis Santos Jr., 601 2nd St., Brooklyn NY, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence with a suspended license and was released on a $5,500 personal recognizance bond.
* Rodney Allen Jones II, 3612 6th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no MVI sticker. He was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Ramigio John Jacob, 118 Brentwood Heights, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a school zone and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Devon Lee Coe, 1614 Maple Circle, Parkersburg, was arranged on charges of expired registration, no proof of insurance, registration card not presented, and no MVI sticker. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bail.
* Dakota Jack Leisure, 1209 Grandview St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for one count of controlled substance – manufacturing or possession with intent to deliver schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court and he was assessed a $10 fee.
* Kenton Ryan Barker, 634 Nicolette Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of persons prohibited from possessing firearms, was assessed $146.48 and sentenced to one year in jail. As part of a plea agreement, a charge was dismissed for one count of persons prohibited from possessing firearms.
* Henry William Lewis Jr., 1917 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty for one count of false statements, was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail with unsupervised probation for two years.
* Charges for battery and 2nd offense domestic assault or domestic battery were dismissed by the magistrate against Cory Ray Petterson, 1502 Latrobe St., Parkersburg. The state cannot locate the alleged victim.
* Three charges for cruelty to animals – withholding sustenance were dismissed by the magistrate against Landon Alexander Gainer, 4400 Grand Central Ave. Apt 23, Vienna.
* Charges for operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and expired registration were dismissed by the magistrate against Tammy D Elder, 257 E Pine St., Davisville. Defendant has provided renewed inspection and registration to the state.
* Amie Jo Dilly, 814 Victoria Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to one count of operator’s license, driving while suspended or revoked and was assessed $276.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for driving without insurance was dismissed.
* Jeffery William Hearn, 1045 Sandyhill Road, Marietta Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of driving suspended miscellaneous, 2nd offense, and was assessed $306.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for expired registration was dismissed.
* Charges for possession of a controlled substance were dismissed against Zane Lee Flesher, 124 Onward Road, Williamstown, upon completion of a 6 month deferred sentence.
* Michael Andrew Galluccio, 2804 11th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while license is suspended or revoked and a traffic-control signal violation. He was assessed $457.96, and as part of a plea agreement, charges were dismissed for failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance.
* Charges for domestic battery-unlawful physical contact of insulting/provoking nature (family/household member) were dismissed, without prejudice (no contact with witness – no objection from State), by the magistrate against Joseph Lee Adkins, 2508 Broadway Ext,. Parkersburg.
* Charges for domestic battery were dismissed, without prejudice (alleged victim had had no contact after repeated attempts), by the magistrate against Michael Devon Ramsey, 1009 18th St., Vienna.
* Nicholas Ryan Waugh, 1908 Gladstone St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $176.48 and sentenced to jail for 90 days. As part of a plea agreement, charges for obstructing during investigation – materially false statement were dismissed.
* Charges for trespassing in a placard structure were dismissed by the magistrate against Natalee Ann Lemon, 800 7th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg.
* Charges for domestic battery were dismissed without prejudice (alleged victim has failed to have any contact and failed to appear), against Joshua Reid Wagoner, 873 Tracewell Road, Mineral Wells.
* Jacob Nathaniel Swiger, 2007 16th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of battery, was assessed $216.48 and sentenced to jail for 30 days with unsupervised probation for one year.
* Samantha Rae Hatch, 2705 6th Ave. Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of shoplifting (2nd offense) and fined $276.48.She was ordered to pay a $126.60 civil penalty to the Sheetz store on Ann Street in Parkersburg. In another case, she pleaded guilty to one count of shoplifting (2nd offense) and fined $286.48. She was ordered to pay a $69.70 civil penalty to the Dollar General Store on 7th Street in Parkersburg.
* Christopher Ryan Draper, 211½ Scammel St., Marietta Ohio. had charges of battery, second offense domestic battery and public intoxication were dismissed. The state cannot locate the victim and does not wish to pursue.
* Anthony Tyler Voll, 1090 Neff Ridge Road, Marietta, Ohio had a charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed and was assessed for $181.48. He provided proof of insurance to the court.
* Elise B Stertzbach, 3031 11th St, SW Canton Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $186.48.
* George J Ankrom, 2285 Pond Creek, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $181.48.
* Cynthia Renee Perkins, 778 North Lake St., Madison Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $181.48.
* G M Fazley Elahee, 31538 Deer Run Lane, Westlake Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $181.48.
* Michael A Metz, 313 Main St., Grantsville, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance on an access site and was assessed $196.48.
* James H. Matheney, 62950 Bysville Rd. Lot 131, Cambridge Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $181.48.
