PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports May 11:
* Alberto Andres Alfaro, 21911 Lane Road, Edinburg Texas, pleaded guilty to speeding, 70 mph in a 65 mph zone, and was assessed $181.48.
* Moses John McDonnell, 324 Buckhead Lane, Douglassville, Penn., pleaded guilty to speeding, 89 mph in a 65 mph zone, and was assessed $181.48.
* Donna Marie Rood, 22 Cross St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to open dumping and was assessed $196.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of disposal in a manner endangering environment, public health, safety or welfare was dismissed.
* Matthew Herrick Downing, 2685 Cranlyn Road, Shaker Heights, Ohio, pleaded guilty to following authorized emergency vehicles and was assessed $196.48.
* Kaitlin Alexis Douglas, 743 Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to charges of no insurance and speeding and was assessed $557.96.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed without prejudice against Mary Anne Hornbeck, 606 24th St., Vienna, because the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.
*A preliminary hearing was waived for a charge of wanton endangerment involving a firearm against Timothy Leroy Anthony, 310½ Muskingum Drive, Marietta, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* A preliminary hearing was waived on charges of burglary and strangulation, suffocation or asphyxiation against Jacob Allen Thomas, 103 Walnut Drive, Waverly, and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.
* Charges of driving while suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed against Melinda Faye Glenn, 504 34th St., Vienna. The arresting officer is no longer with the Wood County Sheriff’s Office, and the state does not wish to pursue.
* Liam Zane Tidd, 26956 Ridge Road, Coolville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended/revoked license and was assessed $276.48. Another charge of driving on a suspended/revoked license was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
* A preliminary hearing was waived on two counts of first-offense sex offender registration, life registrant false or inaccurate information, against Christopher Bailey, 2402 Lynn St., Parkersburg. The case was transferred to Circuit Court.
* A charge of first-offense violation of a personal safety order was dismissed against Logan Michael Hinzman, 624 31st St., Parkersburg., because the state was unable to locate the alleged victim.
* Steven Tyler Hall, 320 E Russell Ave., West Lafayette Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding, 55 mph in a 45 mph zone, a lesser included offense to the original charge of speeding in a school zone, and was assessed $276.48.
* A charge of third-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license was dismissed against Deane Alen Beck Jr, 1008 30th St., Parkersburg. The state does not wish to pursue due to time and the defendant’s medical conditions.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed against Alisha Leeann Cobb, 2218 Nash St., Parkersburg. The alleged victim failed to appear and does not wish to pursue.
* A charge of failure to obey a traffic-control device or instructions was dismissed against Haley M Stoneking, 610 32nd St., Parkersburg, by the magistrate during a bench trial.
* A charge of domestic battery was dismissed against Miranda Ladonna Sabatino, 3602 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, because the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.
* Charges for expired registration and operation without certificate of inspection were dismissed against Danielle Nicole Anderson, 152 Little Addition Road, Davisville, after proof of the documents was provided.
* James Lee Chandler, 1134 Lynn St., Room 1, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting and was assessed $352.96. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail on the controlled substance charge and 60 days on the shoplifting count, both suspended for one year of unsupervised probation for one year. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for trespassing in a structure or conveyance was dismissed.
* Taylor Paige Farnsworth, 157 Rusty Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, was assessed $451.48 and was sentenced to 60 days home confinement. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of consumption of an alcoholic beverage in the passenger area of a vehicle was dismissed.
* Robert Eugene Barker, 1726 Beaver St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to use headlights, driving too fast for road conditions, reckless driving and obstructing. He was released on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Mason Reid Harris, 1704 Park St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of false statement to State Police, reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance, prohibited person with a firearm and obstructing. He was released on a $2,500 surety bond.
* Caravel Dwayne Goard, 2317 36th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Samuel Jacob Purtee, 1000 Kemper St., Apt. 10, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Christopher Allen Hines, c/o 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on a $500 surety bond.
* Kelsea Morgan Province, c/o 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Megan Yuvonne Lauderman, 6305 ½ Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving while suspended, improper registration, no registration and no insurance. She was released on a $400 surety bond.
* Mayank Patel, 401 37th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of strangulation and malicious assault and released on a $20,000 surety bond.
* David A. Full, 1000 Kemper St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of first-offense failure to register as a sex offender, life registrant false or inaccurate information and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
* Jennifer Lynn Pfalzgraf, 317 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of attempting to commit a felony and released on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Anthony J. Denune, 8311 Muskingum River Road, Lowell, was arraigned on a charge of no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Landin Allen Doak, 57 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, no registration, no operator’s license and no insurance. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
* James Forshey, 546 Old Country Drive, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, third-offense driving while suspended, no motor vehicle inspection sticker and obstructed windshield. He was released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* James Ryan Andrews, 957 Gantsville Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of no proof of insurance and domestic assault. His bail was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond and a $500 surety bond.
