Wood Magistrate Court May 7

PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports on May 7:

* Kevin Phillip Ramey, 4102 9th Ave. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on a $50,000 surety bond. In another case, he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent of transporting into jail and was held on a $35,000 surety bail.

* Charles Roger Conkle Jr, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice in Washington County Ohio, for domestic violence, and held without bond in Wood County.

* Ocean Rain McDay, 800 Kromer Ave., Akron OH, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Roger Blaine Carpenter, 1046 Murdoch Ave. Apt. 4 and 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of six counts of failing to register as a sex offender and was released on a $150,000 surety bond.

* John Andrew Burdette, 1503 Beaver St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of two counts of failing to register as a sex offender and was released on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Khalil Rashad Alexander, 1139 Toby Terrace, Akron Ohio, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent (meth), possession with intent (Fentanyl) and two counts of transporting controlled substances into the State. He was held on a $600,000 surety bond.

* Codey Brandon Grimm, 1103 27th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of battery and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Marthanna Gayle Savage, 2512 39th St. Apt. 2B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of three counts of fraud related to an access device and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sara Georgeia Gibson, 1221 20th Street, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeremy Scott Adams, 1006 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving while license is suspended or revoked, without insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Deborah Lynn Martin, 1252 Gihon Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of open dumping and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dezerell Ann Scott, 1520 Parke Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while suspended (2nd offense) and driver physically holding electronic device. She was released on a personal recognizance bond of $500.

* Jonathan M Loncala, 734 Lulu St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving while license is suspended or revoked (3rd offense) and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jonathan Adam Mercer, 115 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while license is suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Eric Lamond Lane, 174 Viscose Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while license is suspended or revoked and no proof of insurance. He was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mason Jonathan Kendall, 154 Cedar Lane, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of joyriding and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Bryan Conner Gregory, 1522 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene with property damage and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandy Ann Mullins, 3929 Harris Hwy., Washington W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jamey Alan Simmons, 1030 Marker St. Apt. 812, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery (2nd offense) and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Nathaniel David Randolph, 825 7th St., Parkersburg, 825 7th St., was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, and failure to process. He was held on a $3,000 surety bond and upon being processed.

* Russell Lee Tucker, 1344 St. Mary Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, assault, battery and trespassing. He was held on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Michele Dawn Hoyler, 824 Lakeview Drive Apt. 101D, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Janae Andrea Snyder, 46 Campbell Drive Apt. 7, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest for one count of speeding and was assessed $181.48.

* Cameron David Snyder, 346 S. Second St., Clarksburg, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $196.48.

* Jason Tyler Perry, 2614 Lincoln Ave., Parma Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding (93 mph in a 65 mph zone) and was assessed $181.48.

* Jusiah Anthony Lucas-Bennett, 2644 Big Run Road, Alma, pleaded no contest to one count of speeding and was assessed $191.48.

* Joseph Daniel Tenta, 215 5th Street, Marietta Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $196.48.

* Kenneth Duane Young Jr, 2540 Hard Road, Dublin Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $196.48.

* Jade Charlene Seevers, 4555 County Road 9, Reno Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of running a red light and assessed $181.48.
