PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports May 4:

* Jason Curtis Harkness, 921 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Mitchell Edward Bailey, 246 Tanner Lane, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender and held on a $150,000 surety bond.

* Allyson Marie Tidwell, 3625 Packard St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Stacie Lynne Amick, 627 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two charges for possession of controlled substances and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Danielle Faith Gogan, 1014 38th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Brittany Jo Swiney, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of having an open container and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Casey Bradford Tanzey, 1084 Lamberton Road, was arraigned on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, expired registration, no insurance and an open container and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Joseph Wayne Cubbison, 3885 Ireland Road, Coolville, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Jayde Alexis Metz, 183 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of speeding and expired registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Christopher Cullen Cooper, 646 Blennerhassett Heights Road, Washington, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Cecelie Brianne Cremeans, 3514 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, driving under suspension and second offense expired registration and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Daniel Eugene Clevenger, 552 Woodyard Creek Road, Washington, was arraigned on charges of obstructing law enforcement and violation of a protection order and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
