Danielle Elizabeth Lang of Lowell, Ohio and Travis Ray Potts of Sunbury, Ohio were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020 at the St. Mary Basilica with the Very Rev. Msger. John Micheal Campbell officiating. The reception following the ceremony was held at the Shrine Club.
The bride is the daughter of David and Kelly Lang of Lowell. She is the granddaughter of Raymond and Deanna Lang of Lowell and Robert and Eolyne Parlin of Marietta. Danielle attended Fort Frye High School, as well as Marietta College for a bachelor of health sciences in 2013 and obtained her master’s degree in physician assistant studies in 2015. She currently works in Acute Care/Trauma Surgery Service Department at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
The groom is the son of Kevin and Debbie Potts of Sunbury. He is the grandson of Larry and Margie Bowen of Galena and Gary and Judy Myers of Middle Point. Travis graduated from Big Walnut High School in 2009. He will finish his studies at Columbus State Community College for electrical sciences in the spring. He works for The Superior Group in Columbus and is a member of the IBEW Local 683.
After the couple traveled to Akumal, Mexico, for the honeymoon, they plan to establish a new home together in Ohio.
