Ritchea-Morgan

Megan Lynn Ritchea and Joseph Aaron Morgan were united in marriage on May 4 at the South Parkersburg Baptist Church in Parkersburg. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by Rev. Mark Houser.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Cindy Ritchea of Washington, W.Va. She is the granddaughter of James and Betty Ritchea of Parkersburg, and the late James Hall and Nancy Hall of Belpre.

The groom is the son of James and Gloria Morgan of Williamstown. He is the grandson of the late Oley and Grace Morgan and Marie Carroll.

The bride was escorted by her father, Mark Ritchea.

Traci Calamia, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Alyssa Gossett, Catherine Daugherty and Lindsay Church, all friends of the bride.

The best man was James Morgan, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Mike Westbrook, Dwayne Kennedy and Greg Kupfner, all friends of the groom.

Isaac House, nephew of the bride of Mountain Home, Ark., served as escort for the mother of the bride.

A reception was held at the Parkersburg Art Center.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College of Buckhannon, W.Va., with a bachelor of science in athletic training with a minor in psychology. She is employed at the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Parkersburg, as a customer service specialist.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Williamstown High School and a 2007 graduate of West Virginia State with a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice.

He is employed as a nursing home administrator, LNHA, CDP, at Oakhill Manor in Louisville, Ohio.

Following a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas, the couple reside in Boardman, Ohio, with their 6-month-old puppy, Pip.
