Colette Pauley and Walter Mace were united in marriage on May 14 at Hope Freewill Baptist Church of Parkersburg. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Bud Corbin and music was supplied by Jared Pauley, brother of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Saebra Pauley of Parkersburg. She is the granddaughter of Richard and Sue Lewis of Davisville and the late Azel and Vada Pauley.

The groom is the son of Pam and the late Deo Darrell Mace of Arnoldsburg, W.Va. He is the grandson of Leonard Newt and the late Mary Miller of Spencer and the late Ralph and Beulah Mace.

Serving as matron of honor was Ashley Pauley, best friend and sister-in-law of the bride. Bridesmatron was Stephanie Bauman, longtime friend of the bride. Guest registrar was Natasha Stephens and daughter Isabelle Stephens, friends of the bride.

Serving as best man was Nathan Mace, older brother of the groom. Groomsmas was Richard Mace, younger brother of the groom. Ring bearer was Ashley Pauley, nephew of the bride. Sign bearer was Mathan Pauley, nephew of the bride.

A dinner reception followed the ceremony in the fellowship hall of the church.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Parkersburg High School and is employed by Fed-X Express.

The groom is a 2005 graduate of Calhoun County High School and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University. He is self-employed and attending The Career Center at Marietta.

After a honeymoon in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., the couple reside in Parkersburg.
