Oanh and Jeffrey Smith

Oanh and Jeffrey Smith, formerly of Parkersburg and now of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, announce the birth of their daughter, Jasmin, on Sept. 10, 2024, in Vietnam.

Jasmin weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces. Grandparents are Betty Smith and the late James Smith of Wood County.

The Smiths have been working for two years with immigration to come to the United States.
