Helen and Russell Lockhart

Russell Lee and Helen May Thompson Lockhart will celebrate their 65th anniversary on May 6. They were married on May 6, 1960, in Parkersburg by the late Rev. John W. Lockhart.

He is the son of the late Noel and Ida Brotten Lockhart and retired from GE. She is the daughter of the late Homer and Missouri Young Thompson and is a homemaker.

They are the parents of Randy Lockhart of Given, Judy Hickman of Rockport and Steve (Teri) Lockhart of Belpre. They are the grandparents of Shawn (Natasha Hart) Hickman, Kevin (Erica Haning) Lockhart, Holly (Brendan McNemar) Hickman, Lauren (Nick) Bell, Kaitlyn (Nate Thomas) Barr, Patrick (Kayla) Slattery, Ryan (Toshia) Lockhart and Ethan (Keya) Lockhart. They are the great-grandparents of Logan, Alyvia, Benjamin, Jordan, Jaycee, Jason, Jayda, Jaxon, Owen, Roman, Cora and Landyn.
