Jeff and Debbie met in their high school years at PHS and have been together ever since.
Jeff is the son of Kenneth Roush and the late Peggy Roush. Debbie is the daughter of the late Bill Winans, Maxine Winans, and the step daughter of Mary Winans.
Jeff & Debbie have two blessed daughters: Cindy Rucker and her husband Chris (Zanesville, Ohio), and Rhonda Snyder and her husband Jon (Williamstown, W.Va.). The couple have four amazing grandchildren: Bekah, Nate, Kate, & Matt.
Jeff retired from Matheny Motors in December of 2016, after 43 years of service. In his retirement, he spends most of his time in woodworking. After 13 years in the retail business, Debbie retired from JCPenney in 2008. In her retirement, she spends a lot of time baking, crafting, and coloring. They love to spend time with their family. The couple are members of the Heart of Worship Church, where Jeff is a trustee and Debbie is the clerk.
Their friends and family wished them a very blessed anniversary with lots of love and many more years to come over a surprise dinner.
