MORGANTOWN – West Virginia’s debut for the 2026-27 season wasn’t half bad. Along the way, WVU’s defense created a little history and prized freshman recruit Miles Sadler had a solid showing with 16 points and nine assists. PICKERINGTON, Ohio — For the third straight season, Warren senior Luke Rettenberger is headed to the state cross country meet. During Saturday’s Division II Central Region championships, Rettenberger crossed the finish line in 15 minutes, 47.5 seconds to finish sixth overall and punch his ticket to state, which is scheduled for this Saturday at Fortress Obetz & Memorial Park.
