Charles "Chuck" Edwin Buskirk, 72, of Vincent, OH, passed away July 2, 2025 at his residence.
He was born March 31, 1953 in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late John Buskirk and Roxie Burdette Buskirk.
Charles was a dedicated commercial truck driver who loved life's simple pleasures. He enjoyed spending time in nature, whether hiking through the woods, hunting, or casting a line while fishing. A true car enthusiast, he had a passion for old cars. Above all, he cherished every moment spent with his family.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 54 years, Nancy Buskirk; sons, Scott (Amber) Buskirk of Vincent, OH, John Buskirk of Ripley, WV; daughters, Michelle (Eric) Dornick of Vincent, OH, Chelsea (Wayne) Life of Coolville, OH; sisters, Sandra Sealey of Belpre, OH, Nancy Riffle of Ohio, of Brenda Dotson of Parkersburg, WV; grandchildren, Codi (Samantha), whom also was his best friend, Dustin (Kylie), Lexy (Chase), Sierra, Brock, Briar and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson; one brother and three sisters.
The family would also like to give a special thanks to Bobby Powell for all of his love, care, and support.
Funeral will be 1 P.M. Thursday July 10, 2025 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at the funeral home.
