Thankfully, the anti-science propaganda campaign surrounding man-made climate change seems to have lost some of its effect.

Are you seeing storm clouds on the horizon? Two recent studies suggest that the latest anti-science campaign is following its forerunners--the propaganda campaigns attempting to refute science that tobacco causes cancer, that CFC's caused the hole in the ozone layer, and so on—into oblivion. Global warming denial seems to have climbed to a peak in 2010, and global warming acceptance is now climbing. This bodes well for rational public policy.

Take your fib about 2014 being the hottest ever, simply untrue but that's ok.

Acting? You mean coming to internet forums and spreading the latest propaganda? Ahhh well that is helpful

I'm calling for conservation, not abstinence. Your scoffs can't stop people like Netanyahu and me from "(acting) determinedly in this field."

I really do admire the way you can go from one lie to the other seamlessly. It shows a real talent, one that could be used in politics I believe.

Once again our Fraudulent friend and local Republican slave to science HARRY drops by to spread his propaganda with downright dishonesty.

Reducing our carbon emissions is the responsible, free, and conservative course.

I'm not among those who whine, "My little bit doesn't count." Free men and women do what they can without complaint.

I called for individual responsibility, not political action.

When we wait for politicians to act on known threats, we cede power to the government. When we take personal responsibility, we keep our freedoms.

Perhaps some of those who invited Benjamin Netanyahu to address Congress don’t realize he supports the scientific consensus. At the Copenhagen Summit, Israel agreed to reduce CO2 emissions 20% by 2020. Netanyahu said:

“…the threat of climate change is no less menacing than the security threats that we face. I intend to act determinedly in this field. In a country that suffers from a severe water shortage, this is an existential struggle.”

The US military has also labeled global warming a security threat. Those who seek to lessen the security threat to Israel and America will lower their carbon emissions.

Let us take personal responsibility and “act determinedly in this field.”

It’s a matter of patriotism.

Of course, the truth that upsets them the most is the overwhelming scientific consensus. It really galls them that, according to figures quoted by stillhere, only one paper out of every 143 agreed with them.

Lesson over for today, please stack your books neatly on your desk

Of course the favorite lie amongst them all is the 97% one. Only in their minds does 97% of 32% equal consensus of anything but as you can see, the TRUTH comes in a distant second to the agenda.

"this is the only way to assure any political action and thus more federal financing" Its quite clear that the motivation is two fold, the agenda and good old cash. Pretty simple really and I APPLAUD Ms Kopacz for her honesty albeit quite rare

Of course these "exagerations" are parroted by frauds like our local republican slave to science Harry,

Case in point, He claims 2014 hottest ever.

The there are the "scientists" WHY you may ask would they lie? Lets ask Monika Kopacz Head of the NOAA climate project shall we?

It is no secret that a lot of climate-change research is subject to opinion, that climate models sometimes disagree even on the signs of the future changes (e.g. drier vs. wetter future climate). The problem is, only sensational exaggeration makes the kind of story that will get politicians' - and readers' - attention. So, yes, climate scientists might exaggerate, but in today's world, this is the only way to assure any political action and thus more federal financing to reduce the scientific uncertainty.

But WHY you may ask do these people deliberately mislead (lie). Most of them are nothing more than left wing socialists like our dear fraudulent fellow Harry. You recall him, our local republican slave to science? yeah that one.
