I live on 10th Avenue. Prior to losing gas, my meter froze two times, losing gas. I spoke with three Hope workers. They said there are rusted pinholes in lines that let water run in. They told me they have had this problem, and had asked to replace with new lines. Hope denied this.
I lost a day's pay, plus the cost of propane and electric. I thank the workers for their work. If we don't pay our bill, Hope will shut off our gas. I pay my bill, I think Hope will pay us back for our cost and loss.
Again, thanks to the hard work under bad conditions. Hope Gas should fix this and listen to their workers.
