Michael "Mike" Scott Angus, 35, of Bradenton, Fla., formerly of Parkersburg, went home to be with the Lord on April 15, 2013, while visiting family and friends in Parkersburg.
He was born on July 7, 1977 in Bradenton, Fla., a son of Cathy Harris Angus and the late Roger Angus. He loved to spend time with his daughters, fishing, playing guitar, and biking. He was known as someone with a golden heart that would help people however he could.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Wilson Angus; two beautiful daughters, Logan and Michala Angus; and three brothers, Steven Angus and his wife, Tricia, of Connecticut, Chris Kerley of Bradenton, and Davian Kerley of Bradenton; nephews, Dylan and Dominic Angus of Connecticut, and Kendall Armitage of Virginia Beach, Va.; and nieces, Katie and Lauren Armitage of Virginia Beach, Va.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Rob Clegg officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.
