Newell: Budget should not affect summer bridge work

PARKERSBURG — A reduction in funding for bridge maintenance should not affect a planned closure of Memorial Bridge this summer for work....

Here we go again let's give our employees a raise instead of fixing toll bridge. Bridge comes first mayor Newell get your priorities straight. Remember we want to make parkersburg better not make our friends happy.

I could have sworn that the money generated from tolls the Memorial Bridge collected was to be used only for the bridge and couldn't be moved into another fund?
