What a fiasco our courts are now. This idiot admitted to having illegal drugs and said he had a misunderstanding with officers because he didn't realize how many bags they had found. REALLY! He has already been convicted for drug trafficking and possession once. Throw his but in a cell and let him out only to eat and work a 12 hour shift digging ditches somewhere. Obviously he didn't learn before, what makes them think he will this time. The fact that the judge even had the audacity to bargain with him because he said the dope was for his own use is assinine. What did he think he would say.

We need to make sure these imbeciles are punished so severely, they will never make the same wrong choice again and everyone around him will be terrified of the consequences should they want to get in that life.

Quit smacking their hands and make them pay. No wonder we have the issues we do, noone is ever really held accountable.
