While Tik Tok and online recipes take the world by storm, a popular food and lifestyle content creator Valentina Mussi, founder of social media brand Sweetportfolio, recently released her cookbook “The Unofficial Tik Tok Cookbook.”

Mussi’s Sweetportfolio has featured many recipes, including her Crusted Round Cheese with more than 29 million views, Whipped Strawberry Milk with more than 26 million views and Mermaid Milkshake with more than 19 million views. These recipes and more are collected in the book that features 75 recipes that have “broken” the Internet.

From Fun Drinks like Dalgona Coffee Latte to Breakfast Hacks like the famed Pancake Cereal to Quick and Easy Snacks like Spicy Mozzarella Air Fryer Sticks, Lunch and Dinner recipes like Fried Mozzarella Burger and of course, Desserts such as 1-Pound Air Fryer Cookie, many of these recipes have become Internet famous and Mussi gives tips on how to film them to make them look their absolute best. So if you or your kid want to copy these recipes on Tik Tok, now is your chance!

My teenager who has watched plenty of food videos online, was eager to crack into this book and try some recipes out. We made the Dalgona Coffee Latte to start, and I was amazed to find that it did, in fact, whip up like foam. We both agreed we’d prefer it with more sugar, but it was cool to see it grow! She was ready to dip into the famed Cloud Bread, desperately wants to try the Matcha Lava Cake and was busy searching for more recipes she can make. So, I may not have to make dinner or snacks — this book has her eager to try her hand at cooking on her own, and that’s A-plus in my book!

You too can coax your teen into trying two of the popular recipes from the book with the Dalgona Coffee Latte and the Pink Coconut Drink following below.

This is the recipe that broke the whole Internet. It’s arguably the most significant coffee drink since the Pumpkin Spice Latte The best part? It’s made with ingredients you probably already have

3 tablespoons instant coffee

3 tablespoons hot water

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

3/4 cup whole milk

1. In a medium bowl, combine coffee, water, and sugar. Using an electric mixer set to high speed or a whisk, beat 10 minutes until stiff peaks form.

2. Fill an 8-ounce glass 3/4 full of ice and then add milk. Spoon coffee mixture on top.

I bet you’ve seen tons of photos on social media of a mysterious pink drink. It looks kind of intimidating to make, but this recipe is super easy. The key is fresh strawberries.

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries, divided

1 cup vanilla-flavored coconut milk

1 tablespoon hibiscus tea powder

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 cup ice cubes

1. In a blender, combine 3/4 cup strawberries, coconut milk, tea powder, sugar, and ice. Blend 1 minute at high speed, until there are no large ice chips left.

2. Serve in a tall glass topped with remaining strawberry slices.
