Biden has signed the bipartisan gun control act into law, which includes “red flag” provisions to enable police to identify and disarm potential shooters, before they commit their planned “mayhem.” Confiscating firearms to prevent crimes before they happen is a “slippery slope,” ripe for abuse, by the Biden administration. Parents who disagree with their kids being indoctrinated in their schools may have their firearms confiscated, as Attorney General Merrick Garland has designated these parents a “domestic terrorist group.”

The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads in part, no person “shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.” To do so is unconstitutional.

The bill’s proponents never mention, even with “due process” a gunowner may need to pay $5,000 or more in legal fees to get their firearm(s) returned, even if they are unjustly confiscated. Under no circumstances will the government pay your incurred legal fees.

“Red flag” laws need strict penalties for anyone knowingly making fraudulent charges to have another’s firearms confiscated.

The Biden administration blames guns for the increases in violent crime, without mentioning the Democratic-run, crime-ridden cities where criminals are returned to the streets without bail, allowing repeat offenses. Criminals often “lean on” their victims (and witnesses to the crimes) to intimidate them against testifying in court or worse.

Biden never condemns these big city mayors, nor George Soros-funded prosecutors, who refuse to prosecute criminals.

The U.S. has enough criminals of its own, yet Biden has opened our southern border to a floodgate of violent foreign criminals, bringing in illegal drugs like fentanyl.

The author of “The Great Reset,” Marc Morano, opines that Biden is using the Leninist-Stalinist tactic of making life unbearable for the masses, then claiming the need for more authority, in order to cure the crisis they, themself, created. This is how dictators assume power.

Marc Morano states Biden desires declaring a national emergency due to out-of-control violent crime, the nonexistent climate crisis, or an abortion crisis, to assume emergency power and put the U.S. in permanent lockdown mode. Our armed citizenry is keeping him from doing so. Gun confiscation is the essential first step before our subjugation.

The Second Amendment today is more important than ever, despite what the fake news tells us.
