Saturday, Sept. 17 was a great day for downtown Parkersburg. The city was alive with fun and meaningful activities. The Paddlefest and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s started off the day at Point Park.

The Downtown Throwdown, the opening of the Parkersburg Brewing Company and the Actors Guild production of Mousetrap finished off a spectacular day! The sidewalks on Market Street were filled with happy people going from one activity to another.

Kudos and thank you to everyone who was responsible for the events, and a thanks to all who came out to enjoy them.
